July 17, 2017 - Readington July Challenge
The 16U Jersey Impact picked up its 2nd straight tournament win.

Game 1: Impact 10, Brooklyn Cyclones 0
Lindsey Walter & Julie Dunn in the 1 & 2 spots in teh lineup combined for 5 for 6 with 5 runs scored & 3 RBI in pacing the Impact offense.
​
Game 2: Impact 3, Doylestown Mustangs 2
A Julie Dunn walk followed by back to back to back singles by Alexis Connors, Olivia Malone and Morgan Magistro were the difference in a hard fought 3-2 win over a solid Mustang team. Michelle Capizzano gave up just 3 hits in the win.

Game 3: Impact 12, Lawrence Extreme 0
​
Isabella Sera continued her great weekend going 3-3 with 2 runs scored as Lindsey Walter dominated in the circle giving up only 1 hit and striking out 11(her best game of the season in the strikeout category)
​
Game 4: Impact 3, Long Island Aftershock 1
Olivia Miller's huge 2 RBI single to right field out of the Chop slap proved to be the winning margin in a hard fought win over the Aftershock. Lindsey Walter continued her excellent pitching giving up just 3 hits to a good hitting Aftershock Squad

Game 5: Impact 5, Doylestown Mustangs 1
​
Julie Dunn's huge 2 RBI roped single to left opened up a very close game and gave the Impact its final margin of victory at 5-1vs the Tough Doylestown Mustangs
Game 6 (championship): Impact 9 Ewing Edge 0
A big 5 run first inning and an overall 14 hit offensive effort allowed the 16u Impact to grab its second consecutive tournament win!
Tournament Notes:

The combo of Sera, Miller, Tahmoosh and Maolone hit over .470in the tournament, playing a large part in winning. What great production from the lower half of the lineup!
Impact Pitching was Rock solid as usual.
A small hats off to the pitch caller!!!
July 10, 2017 - Susquehanna Valley Umpires Summer Classic
The 18U Jersey Impact improved its record to 23 - 1 after a great weekend in Williamsport, PA.

Game 1: Impact 9, PA Riot 2
Lindsey Walter broke open a close 4-2 game with a booming 2 RBI triple in the 5th inning which landed just inside the Left-field line.
Michelle Capizzanno bounced back from a tough first inning where she allowed 4 hits and only allowed one the rest of the way while fanning 7 batters.

Game 2: Impact 2, Berks Flames 0
Sarah Furka's solo inside the park HR and Julie Dunn's single with 2 stolen bases were the difference against a gritty Berks Flames team. Lindsey Walter continued her brilliant pitching season with another shutout.
​
Game 3: Impact 9, PA Fusion 0
​
Game 3 was a true team effort as every player in the lineup contributed with either a hit, RB or Run scored. Isabella Sera was 2 for 2 with 2 runs scored and Michelle Capizzano picked up the win and Impact secured the #1 seed going into the Sunday Bracket
​
Game 4: Impact 7, Blaze 0
A big 4 run 2nd inning allowed the Impact to cruise to a 7 - 0 win over the Berkley Blaze. Lindsey Walter and Erin Shaw paced the offense with 2 hits each .
Shaw also scored twice.

Game 5: Impact 4 Central PA Warriors 0
Sarah Furka, Lexi Connors and Michelle Capizzano had 2 hits each and Furka scored twice. Capizzano went the distance striking out 8 in the win.
​
Game 6 (championship): Impact 4 PA Riot 1
Erin O'Boyle's big RBI single in the 4th and Nikki Smith's Bomb of a triple gave Impact some breathing room as they picked up their 4th Tournament win of the year!!!

July 3, 2017 - USSSA Fireworks Classic​
Game 1: Impact 7, Parkland Youth Center 3
​
Lexi Connors Picked up the Win as Liv Malone went 2 for 2 with a triple, 2 RBIs & 2 runs scored. Nicole Tahmoosh had a double, 2 runs scored and 2 RBIs to pace the Impact offense. Michelle Capizzano struck out 4 of the 6 batters she faced for the Save.

Game 2: Impact 2, North Penn Eclipse 1
In a rain shortened 3 inning game, Sarah Furka scored the go-ahead run on a phenomenal base running play, scoring from first when a throw from the outfield got away from the catcher for a split second.
​
Game 3: Impact 8, North Penn Eclipse 0
​
Michelle Capizzano pitched a fantastic 6 inning, 9 strikeout Perfect Game, striking out the final 4 batters she faced as Sarah Furka, Nikki Smith & Liv Malone gave her some run support, all going 2-3 & scoring runs.

Game 4: Impact 11 , N.E.P.A Wildcats 0
​
Lindsey Walter threw a 5 inning 1 hit gem to shutdown the Wildcat offense. Sarah Furka, 3-3, 2 RBI & 3 run scored. Lindsey Walter 3-3 with 3 scored to pace the red hot Impact offense!

Game 5 (championship): Impact 2, L.V. Shockers 1

Michelle Capizzano fires a 3 hit performance as again Walter & Furka provide the runs to have Michelle's efforts hold up in Winning the Fireworks Classic Title 2-1
June 18, 2017 - Readington Father's Day Challenge​
Game 1: Impact 9, Jersey Shore Barracudas 1
​
Lexi Connors Scattered 5 hits to pick up her 3rd win of the season. Morgan Clemens delivered a big 2-RBI single in the first to get the offense rolling.
​
Game 2: Impact 13, Lady Yellow Jackets 1
​
Isabella Sera pitched her first Impact game as the youngster picked up the win with 2 hits over 5 innings vs a young Lady Yellow Jackets team.
​
Game 3: Impact 9, Elmora Huskies 0
​
Lindsey Walter continued her pitching prowess as she shut out an Elmora team that did manage 7 hits. Nikki Smith had a moster day going 4-4 with a huge triple, 6 rbis & 2 runs scored to pace the offense which broke open the game in the 6th inning.

Game 4: Impact 9, Rockaway Rampage 1
​
Michelle Capizzano kept a good Rockaway team at bay while the offense stayed patient & methodical to break open a close 3-1 game late. Rockaway drew first blood in the 2nd but never managed a runner in scoring position after that .

Michelle Capizzano tossed 6, 3 hit innings, striking out 8 batters while Nikki Smith's speed on the bases paced the offense

Alexis Connors pitched her best Impact gaame yet as she went 5 strong innings with no earned runs. Morgan Clemens picked up her team leading 5th HR

Game 3: Impact 11, Hudson valley Elite 1
​
A tight 3-1 game in the 3rd was broken open by Morgan Clemens' 3 run blast to right Center. Lindsey Walter went the distance scattering 7 hits to pickup the win.

Game 4: Impact 10, East Coast Tsunami Elite 0
​
Michelle Capizzano threw 6 2 hit innings while Lindsey Walter's left-handed slap game (3 for 4) set the table for the offense

Game 5: Impact 8, Edge Fastpitch 2
​
Hannah Lindert's 4 for 4 performance with 2 double, a triple and 4 RBIs Fueled the offense. Michelle Capizzano controlled the Edge's big bats giving up just 4 hits and striking out 8

Game 6 (championship): Impact 9, Bucks County Lady Lions 0
​
Lindsey Walter recorded her 4th shutout of the season scattering 6 hits. The Impact Offense rolled as newcomer Sam Graves delivered a big 2 out, 2 RBI double

Sara Furka's 1.000 OBP Leads offense while newcomer Alexis Connors picks up her first win in the circle

Nat Owchariw's big 2 out opposite field double gave Impact a 4-3 lead in the 4th as Lindsey Walter bounced back and shut the door after 3 unearned runs in the first.
